- terms of agreement -

This is an agreement between Anna Kokkinis herein after called "AnnaDeco" (design & decoration consultants) and the client herein after called "the client".

  1. The client ensures that he / she came into contact with "AnnaDeco" to receive a professional reply to his / her inquiry.
  2. The client accepts to pay the fixed fee of $ 130 for any space up to 50sqm.
  3. "AnnaDeco" accepts the responsibility to reply to your inquiry for up to any 130 sqm within five working days commencing from the first contact, provided that the client has fulfilled his / her financial obligations to "AnnaDeco". For further spaces up to 100sqm the time span of the reply will be within three working days.
  4. "AnnaDeco's" reply will consist of a floor plan of your space and a report of the requisite materials to be used so as to give the best possible solution in "AnnaDeco's" opinion.
  5. If "AnnaDeco's" recommendation is not totally acceptable by the client, the client has the right within fifteen working days to re-contact "AnnaDeco", who in turn accepts the responsibility to give a second opinion to the client free of charge.
  6. If "AnnaDeco" for any reason doesn't fulfill her obligation to the client according to the terms mentioned above, she is required to return to the client within ten working days the paid amount without interest to the client's nominated account.

The two parties agree that after the fulfillment of the above terms each has no further obligation to each other.
